30 Days Easy Returns
We offer 30 days easy returns on most items purchased from FIFASTORE.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. The return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return under our 30 days easy returns policy, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused condition: The item must not show any signs of wear, use, or alteration.
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, accessories, and manuals that came with the product.
- Quality issues: If the return is due to a quality issue (manufacturing defect, damage upon arrival, wrong item sent), we require photo or video evidence submitted to info@fififfa.it.com within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under our 30 days easy returns policy:
- Gift cards (non-refundable)
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as “final sale” on the product page)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@fififfa.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: We will respond within 1 business day with a free return shipping label and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
Step 4: Drop off the package at any authorized drop-off location for the carrier indicated on the label.
Return Shipping Cost
Free returns – We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns from both the United States and Canada. You do not need to pay for return postage.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee – We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned package:
- Inspection period: 1–2 business days to inspect the returned item(s) and verify return conditions
- Refund approval: After inspection, we will approve the refund and process it through our payment system
Refund Delivery Time (to Original Payment Method)
After we process the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Please note that the 7–10 business days period begins after we have processed the refund (1–2 business days after receipt). Total time from our receipt of your return to refund appearing in your account is approximately 8–12 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card, different PayPal account, or as store credit unless the original payment method is no longer available.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue a partial refund:
- Items returned with minor but acceptable damage: partial refund at our discretion
- Items returned missing non-essential accessories: partial refund may be adjusted
You will be notified before any partial refund is processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item under our 30 days easy returns policy and place a new order.
