Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on every single order placed on FIFASTORE. There is no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship only to the United States (contiguous 48 states) and Canada (excluding remote territories). We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and Canada.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Once your order is processed (typically 1–2 business days), delivery times are as follows:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day qualify for same day dispatch.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods:

- MasterCard
- PayPal
We do not accept American Express, Discover, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or checks.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: For Visa and MasterCard payments, an authorization hold is placed at the time of order. The actual charge occurs when your order is processed for dispatch, typically within 1–2 business days. For PayPal payments, the full amount is taken at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 30 days easy returns on most items purchased from FIFASTORE. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund.
Q: What are the return conditions?
A: To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused with no signs of wear or alteration
- The item must be in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and accessories)
- For quality issues, please provide photo or video evidence within 7 days of delivery
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email our support team at info@fififfa.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 1 business day with a free return shipping label and instructions.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. Returns are free for all eligible returns from both the United States and Canada. We provide a prepaid return label – you do not need to pay for return postage.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive your returned package:
- Inspection period: 1–2 business days
- Refund processing: After inspection, we process the refund immediately
After we process the refund, the time to see the funds in your account depends on your payment provider:

Total time from our receipt of your return to refund appearing in your account is approximately 8–12 business days.
Q: Will I get refunded to my original payment method?
A: Yes. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card, different PayPal account, or as store credit unless the original payment method is no longer available.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item under our 30 days easy returns policy and place a new order.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards (non-refundable)
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as “final sale” on the product page)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
