Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all purchases on FIFASTORE:

  • Visa – All credit and debit cards bearing the Visa logo
  • MasterCard – All credit and debit cards bearing the MasterCard logo
  • PayPal – Payments made through a PayPal account or via PayPal Guest Checkout using a credit/debit card

No other payment methods (such as American Express, Discover, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or checks) are accepted.

Payment Security – Guaranteed Safe Checkout

We take payment security seriously. All payment transactions are protected by:

  • SSL encryption: Every page of our checkout process is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means your payment information is transmitted securely to our payment processors.

When You Are Charged

The timing of the charge depends on your selected payment method:

Why You May See a Pending Charge

If you pay with Visa or MasterCard, you may see a “pending” or “temporary authorization” on your card statement immediately after placing your order. This is not an actual charge. The authorization will either:

  • Convert to an actual charge when your order is processed (1–2 business days), or
  • Expire and disappear if your order is canceled (typically within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank)

Currency

All prices displayed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD). All transactions are processed in USD.

  • For customers in the United States: You will be charged in USD. No currency conversion applies.
  • For customers in Canada: Your credit card issuer or PayPal will convert the USD amount to Canadian Dollars using their exchange rate. A foreign transaction fee may apply depending on your card issuer. We have no control over exchange rates or bank fees.

Taxes

United States Orders

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Tax rates are determined by state and local laws in the United States. The final tax amount will be displayed in your cart before you complete checkout.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders may be subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) depending on the destination province. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Billing Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. Your order may be delayed or canceled if:

  • The billing address you provide does not match the address on file with your card issuer
  • The name on the payment method does not match the name provided at checkout
  • Your payment method has insufficient funds or has expired

Payment Failures

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason:

  • You will receive an email notification that your payment could not be processed
  • Your order will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully completed
  • You may attempt to place a new order with a different payment method or contact your bank to resolve the issue

PayPal Specific Terms

When you check out with PayPal:

  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and approve the payment
  • After approval, you will be redirected back to fififfa.it.com to complete your order
  • PayPal’s terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment portion of the transaction

Refund Method

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • If you paid with Visa or MasterCard, the refund will be credited back to that same card
  • If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account

Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method or as store credit unless the original payment method is no longer available.

Refund Timing for Payment Methods

After we process a refund (1–2 business days after receiving your return), the time to see the funds in your account is:

  • Visa / MasterCard: 7–10 business days
  • PayPal: Funds typically appear in your PayPal balance within 1 business day of our refund processing, but it may take 7–10 business days to transfer to your linked bank account

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may:

  • Verify billing information with your card issuer
  • Contact you for additional verification before processing large orders
  • Cancel orders that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent
